Happy Birthday to Me!!

First off, I want to show you my funny faces that I can make!!
Daddy taught me!

On the 13th (The Monday after my birthday) I had a routine doctor's visit. I'm perfect!! My height is in the 60th percentile and my height is the 40th percentile. So I'm still tall and skinny. And YES, my head is still in the 90th percentile! I get that from my big headed Mommy. Silly Mommy and her big head!!

Now onto my birthday!!

Well, I knew something was up when I actually got a card in the mail from Mammy!! Here's me and Daddy reading it.

Then, on Saturday Mommy came in my room as soon as I woke up singing "Happy Birthday" to me. Daddy was working night shift the night before so he wasn't home yet.

Then I ate breakfast and Daddy was home!

So then we went to the store and got some things I wasn't allowed to see - but when we got home - Daddy blew up 30 balloons for me!! He gave me one and tied it to a teething ring so it wouldn't fly away!

Finally after waiting FOREVER to get ahold of them, Daddy and Mommy let me play with ALL OF THEM!!!

The balloons kept getting away so Daddy and Mommy decided to take them into the kitchen and let them fly!!
(There is no ceiling fan in there, they said there was some type of problem with the one in the living room.. Don't really understand why a ceiling fan would hurt a balloon... But they said trust them)



Did you see me hit Daddy right in the face?? Whoops!!!

Then we took all of my balloons outside and tied them to things in the back yard (and the mail box of course!!).
That's when I got the coolest surprise ever! Somehow an awesome sand table got in my back yard!! Cool cool!! I loved it! Mommy and Daddy said "SURPRISE" and opened it up.. I was shocked!!

Later on I took a nap and ate lunch then Mommy said "Let's go outside and play"... When we got outside, Daddy was out there with some people that all looked very happy to see me!! They all said "Happy Birthday Bub" and "There's the Birthday Boy"!! I knew this was all for me! I had to do a quick check on my sand table to make sure no one took it!! Haha...

I tried to push everything around that I wasn't supposed to (like chairs, the cooler, the table), so Daddy had to break out my 'old' toys. I was dragging my Lion behind me!!

Then it was present opening time. I opened them all!!

And at first, I opened the gifts then took them behind where the people were sitting. Then I sat down and played there..

This is the cake everyone else ate. When you turn the Hand on the right gear, it moves Mickey and Goofy around in circles!!

Then we let some balloons go...






Here I am back inside with all of my cool stuff (except my sand table)...

Then that night Daddy and Mommy got my hand and feet prints onto some paper. They said they are going to do it each year on my birthday. The hospital did prints when I was first born, so we're going to keep it going!! They are going to put my age and everything right on this paper.
