Broken Face Baby

Yup, that's what Mommy and Daddy have been calling me for a few days now - Broke Face Baby... I can see that you are wondering why.. Well - first off let me say that it is much easier to put me to sleep at night now. For the past week- my parents lay me down in my crib and rub my back until I fall asleep. So they let me get very sleepy before they take me in my room. I was fussing and chasing after Mommy and I tripped and fell. Normally I'm ok but this time I fell so fast (and I was so tired) that I didn't even have time to catch myself!! So I fell flat on my face!! I hurt my nose... Can you see it? This was the morning after.

SO THEN... The next night, I was playing with Dad while Mom was cooking in the kitchen. She had the oven on and I kept wanting to grab it - so she put up the baby gate at the door. Daddy and I were chasing after each other and long story short, I got all hyper and tried to shake the gate... Needless to say, the gate didn't shake! Instead, it made me shake myself so hard that I hit my head off of the connecting piece at the top.. See the little red dots? Yeah, there was a lump.Then later on, I was sitting in this chair (my new chair I got on my birthday) and I had a toy in my hand. I tried to get down the wrong way and slipped (because of the toy I had) and would you believe my luck?? I landed on my freshly sore nose!!

Mom took that picture like two days before any of this happened. I like climping into my rocking chair and hugging my stuffed animals or looking at a book. Usually I get in and out of it just fine.

THEN!!!
I was playing over by the recliner and hit the other side of my forehead off of the handle!!

And yes - there was a lump there too. I look okay now but WOW I've had an eye opening week!!

Here I am with Daddy playing kick ball. I can kick it myself but it doesn't go very far sometimes.
