Happy Independence Day!!

Here I am again.. I'm almost 9 months old now! Time flies doesn't it? Here is a pic of me standing in my crib (I'm smiling at Nana).

Peek a boo!

Mommy has flat magnets on the refrigerator and deep freezer that I'm allowed to play with.

I like to walk my lion into the kitchen then 'park & play' while Mommy does dishes (or whatever she does up there where I can't see)...

Here's Levi and I.. He's my buddy - he'll take any friends he can get because he's so nice (and wants attention). But I'm right there with him on that... We like to sit and watch cars go by or birds playing in the yard.

Sometimes I get excited and yell - and it scares off the kitties.

So - Feeding myself.. Up until yesterday, I knew what I was supposed to do but I just couldn't do it right. I'd pick up the food and then put it in my mouth. But for some reason, the food wouldn't stay in my mouth, it would still be in my hand!! Finally I talked with Daddy yesterday and he showed me how to work it out..

Daddy bought me some sparklers to watch!! I liked them!

We also got other types of fireworks - some spinning things and some fountains..

The fountains I liked because they just sparked cool stuff everywhere but o boy.... When that first spinning thing went off - I think all three of us used our diapers!! It cracked really loudly!!

Daddy's fun! He always comes up with ways to make something cool - even cooler!!

Not one but FIVE SPARKLERS!! Woo Hoo!

This is me this morning!! We have been working on this for awhile now but I've almost got it now!! That's right - NO ONE IS HOLDING ME UP!!!
